Disablement Association Hillingdon known more commonly as DASH, was formed in 1984 and is a user-led charity based in Hillingdon, West London. DASH challenges peoples perceptions and encourages disabled people of all ages to reach their full potential. We provide advice, support and activities that allow disabled people to take control of their lives and become more independent, confident and part of the community. DASH is an inclusive organisation and promotes independence to every individual.

Advice & Information
DASH are on hand to assist with finding the information to enable people with disabilities to access the service and relevant support that they require.
Support Planning & Brokerage
If you are in receipt of a Direct Payment and need help with managing your personal budget, DASH runs the Personal Budget support service for Hillingdon.
Sports & Leisure Activities
DASH run weekly Sports and Leisure Activities through the borough of Hillingdon. From Football to Arts and crafts we can cater for all disabilities.
Do you or your child need support with transferring to/apply for an EHC plan? Our independent supporters can help guide you through the EHC assessment and planning process.
Team Building Sessions
DASH can tailor a bespoke away day based on communication skills, teamwork, problem solving and disability awareness. We will make your day one to remember, and at the same time, your teams senses will be tested to the limit!
Work Experience Placements
DASH set up work experience placements for individuals with disabilities in a wide range of environments, providing them with the valuable experience to aid them gaining employment.
Free independent advice and support to people who experience difficulties with daily living.
